How to Monitor the Beach:
1.Find your partners:  Choose a team leader and volunteers; make a contact list.
2.Decide the clean-up location and the range of it.
3.Make a set time to work, mainly on weekends.
4.Meet first at an easily found location:  Pick a place that everyone is familiar with, so new volunteers can easily join you.
5.Carpool to get there!  Be environment friendly!
6. Each volunteer takes a bag and pick up the litter he/she finds on the beach.  Then put all the litter bags together in a place   and empty the bags to collect data.  Volunteers can also choose a particular trash, such as Styrofoam or glass bottles, to collect and count the numbers at the same time.  Next, they can directly record the data instead of taking out the litter and count again.
7.After the litter is taking out, each volunteer picks one kind of litter to count and then report the data to the record keeper.
8.Finally, take the rubbish bags to the side of the road, and inform the environmental protection bureau to transport them.
